i cant find the updater

were is it? i installed the game but i cant find it... am i supposed to update it trough desura?

If you have a copy from desura, you sadly don't have our updater... You're going to have to wait for desura to hand out our patches. If you buy it on our site, you get the updater which updates pretty much every day. If you do have it from our site, the updater is right there in the .zip ... Can't miss it!

The updater was sent to your email when we confirmed your payment if you bought from www.spacebitz.com website hope this helps

ok my foult for not reading the mail XP when i recived it on desura too thought that the installer had the updater too XP

anyway you should put a way to people to get the updater even if they errased the mail... like having a personal account on the site and when you buy it you will get the option to download it from there

Well, all you need to do is ask and we'll send it to you again =) What you say is indeed a good idea, however, right now, Ben is really focusing on the game though... If you lose your updater, and lose your mail, just request another...

This is the advantage of registering on the forums also... Imagine that you lost access to your email account, how would we know that it is you that sends us a mail requesting the game? If you say here in the forums that it was you (and you originally registered here with the e-mail linked to your paypal) then we can verify it's you and give you the game again!

yes it does, thats a good way too i just like ways that doesn't involve asking someone o and i'm italian so if i make some awfull mistake point it out, sometimes i forget to proof read what i write XD

Don't worry about that I'm used to Ben's grammar, so... yeah, don't worry about it ^.^
I'm Belgian myself, so English isn't my native language either, therefore, I'm bound to make mistakes too =)

Hmmm, you should probably make this more clear on the desura page.

Desura receives stable releases every week or so, i hope to release the big update on Desura right now just waiting on the new video/tutorial to be finished.

But the spacebitz homepage sales is not related to Desura the spacebitz homepage has different prices same with Desura. When we sell on steam the same will apply. At the moment Desura is cheaper then the spacebitz homepage.

We ask everyone to visit the spacebitz homepage and check out what we have to offer for people who wish to pay a little more, but the Desura purchase offers support from Desuras software ease of access and much more which our updater does not offer.

But we will be sure to advertise even more on this big upcoming patch on Desura about the website's sales also thanks for the feedback Whittaker
